Shipping Guidelines
Ship your device prepaid and insured to our European Repair Center. Please note that shipments sent freight collect or without postage will be rejected and returned. Secure shipping ensures that your device is covered during transit and facilitates smooth acceptance upon arrival.
Required Documentation
Include the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form with your shipment. This document is necessary to identify your request and to enable efficient processing of the repair.
