Shipping Instructions
Send your device postage paid and insured to our European Repair Center. Please ensure that the shipment is prepaid, as unpaid shipments will be rejected upon arrival.
Required Documentation
Include the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form with your shipment. The RMA is necessary for processing and tracking your repair.
Customer Responsibilities
